Q1: How can I order?
A1: Please fill our order form by click here and submit online. Once we received your form, we will send an invoice within 24 hours to you for payment process.

Q2: How do I make payment?
A2: Please make payment within 3 days from your order submission. We accept several payment methods such as Online Banking, cash deposit, cheque deposit, telegraphic transfer and foreign transfer.Our account number will be included in the invoice that had been email to you upon your order submission. Please email to us your scanned copy of your payment receipt after payment had been done. Please be informed that if NO payment after 3 days, your order will be RELEASED with a further noticed.

Q3: How do I know my payment had been received?
A3: We will acknowledge your payment once received with reference to your payment receipt and notify you via email.

Q4: Can I cancel my order?
A4: You can cancel your order only if no payment had been made (within 3 days from your order submission), you can drop an email to us with reference to your order number in your invoice. If payment had been made, NO Cancellation can be done.

Q5: When can I receive my order?
A5: We will deliver your order within 5 working days once we received your payment. However, this is due to subject availability. We will notify if your order require more than 5 working days of delivery.

Q6: How can I trace my order?
A6: We will provide you reference number for each step of order, payment and delivery for your tracking purpose. If related to your delivery item, you can directly trace with POS Malaysia by enter your delivery tracking number here. Others, kindly refer to those reference number by email or direct call to our directory:

Q7: What if my received items defect or wrong item?
A7: Any defect or wrong delivered items, items MUST be returned and reach our doorstep in 6 days (for retail buyer) or 12 days (for wholesale buyer) after you received. If failed to do so, no refund or exchange will be given.

Q8: What I need to do once I received my order?
A8: Once you had received your order correctly, we will very appreciate if you can inform us via email or direct call. If we do not hear from you after 7 days of delivery, we will consider as your item delivery as delivered.
